Any individual item or set I sell is returnable for any reason within 7 days of receipt (unless offered "as-is") or within 30 days of the date of sale (whichever comes first)Unless item is submitted for certification and you are still awaiting response. After 30 days, all sales are "final". Items returned where there is no reason given will be refunded in full minus 10% and all shipping/insurance fees. Items returned due to misrepresentation/misidentification will be refunded in full including shipping and insurance fees. Items must be returned in "as sent" condition to be awarded full refund.  Payment plans of up to 90 days can be arranged. Just contact me to work out the arrangements.
